TERRA
Terra was asked to feel established from the first day. The reference is classical, but the detailing is deliberately simplified — flat profiles, shallow reveals and no applied ornament.

Classical, edited
Panelling, cornices and a coffered ceiling set the register, but every profile was redrawn flatter than its historical original. The rooms read as traditional at a glance and as modern once you are standing in them.
Enfilade
The principal rooms are aligned so that the doors line up across the whole apartment. Standing in the hall you can see through to the far window, which is what makes 210 square metres feel like a single residence rather than a collection of rooms.
Warmth without weight
Beiges, soft browns and antique brass carry the scheme. Upholstery is pale and tactile so the formal architecture never becomes heavy.
